We love all of our customer feedback-Thank you so much!!! Congratulations on your purchase of one of the most specialized and highly-regarded pelvic floor treatment tools. The TheraWand has been specifically designed to be used by women and men to address adhesions, soft-tissue restrictions, tight muscles and pain. The TheraWand’s curved design and finger-tip like tapered end make this an essential tool for treating pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and pain. The gentle curves and tapered ends empower you to control the exact amount and location of pressure applied. The Essential TheraWand’s tapered end offers a perfect ‘finger tip’ like end. It is slightly thicker than the Premium TheraWand and the elongated rounded end offers easier handling for the physical therapist and patient. The Premium TheraWand’s slightly thinner design allows for easy insertion whether vaginally or rectally for pelvic therapy and prostate massage. The end with the three balls, more commonly used as a handle, can also be used for gently nudging into tight areas. Made of FDA approved medical-grade acrylic materials. Every TheraWand comes with an easy to understand instruction sheet, a brochure with a useful diagram, a beautiful carrying pouch and a lubricant sample. PT was great but this device is like a miracle cure. My pain was daily, unrelenting. Within weeks of using I had days with barely any symptoms. Months later I forget to use it! I’m not cured, I know it’s a process that takes time, but the worst is over and I was even able to stop PT and just do home exercises and use the wand for relief.I enjoy the design of the premium wand, it’s extremely easy to grip and move around inside since it’s an awkward location. I am able to very easily focus on the exact spots that hurt, putting direct pressure or gently massaging the muscle. It is a great product!

Easy to use I am having a pelvic floor dysfunction flare that I am hoping I can work out on my own without going back to physical therapy. I’ve been stretching a lot more than I had been, and I started using a Therawand. When I opened the package, the diameter was less than I expected it to be, which is actually good, because it will be easier to insert and use if I am experiencing spasms. I suspect the small diameter would make it more comfortable for a man to use to treat PFD than many dilators would be. Right away, it has been an excellent tool for reaching tight spots, and, for me, the curves make it easier to target trigger points than straight dilators. The only thing I am not thrilled about is that it is acrylic, not glass. It has a really smooth surface and is medical grade, so it should be easy enough to keep clean. I’m sure it would be more expensive in glass anyway.18 mins · Edited ·
